This year, our CIP and COP classes hosted their annual Gala Dinner under the theme “Casino Royale.”
What made this project particularly special was that the students were not only the organisers, but also the VIP guests of the evening. From the initial concept to the final dessert, they planned and carried out every aspect of the event themselves.
Their responsibilities included:
- Developing the concept
- Planning the programme
- Designing the menu
- Creating and sending invitations
- Preparing the decorations
- Cooking and food preparation
- Participating in etiquette workshops
- Hair and make-up preparation
The result was an elegant gala evening featuring an excellent menu, professional service, and a wonderful atmosphere that reflected the creativity, commitment, and teamwork of our students.
